REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users of Easy Grow, operated by Thanigai Estates ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By making a payment on the Easy Grow platform (easygrow.firm.in), you agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Payments

All payments made through Easy Grow are treated as:

  • Booking amounts or instalment payments
  • Part-payments toward the purchase of a real-estate property

Payments are not deposits for financial products and are subject to property-specific terms.

2. Cancellation by User

2.1 Booking Cancellation

  • Users may request cancellation by submitting a written request via email or official support channels.
  • Cancellation requests must include registered mobile number, booking reference, and property details.

2.2 Instalment Cancellation

Cancellation after payment of instalments is subject to:

  • Project-specific terms
  • Payment stage
  • Administrative and legal costs already incurred

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on these factors.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on:

  • Amount paid
  • Time elapsed since booking
  • Project-specific cancellation terms
  • Costs incurred toward documentation, administration, and processing

⚠️ Refunds are not automatic and are subject to internal verification.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Submission of false or misleading information
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
  • Violation of Easy Grow's Terms & Conditions
  • Failure to complete documentation within stipulated time
  • Delays caused due to non-compliance by the User

5. Refund Processing Method

  • Approved refunds will be credited only to the original payment method or the User's registered bank account.
  • Cash refunds are not permitted.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
  • Actual credit time may vary depending on:
    • Bank processing
    • Payment gateway (Razorpay) timelines

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

7. Cancellation by Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking if:

  • Payments are repeatedly delayed or defaulted
  • Required documents are not submitted
  • Legal or regulatory issues arise
  • Misuse or fraudulent activity is detected

In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per internal assessment and applicable laws.

8. Partial Refunds

Where applicable:

  • Partial refunds may be issued after deducting:
    • Administrative charges
    • Documentation costs
    • Applicable taxes or government fees
  • The refund amount will be communicated before processing.

9. No Interest or Compensation

  • No interest, penalty, or compensation shall be paid on refunded amounts.
  • Refunds are limited strictly to eligible paid amounts as determined under this Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

For refund or cancellation disputes:

  • Users must contact Easy Grow support first.
  • Issues will be reviewed and resolved internally before escalation.

11. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
