1. Introduction:

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Easy Grow mobile application (“App”) owned and operated by Thanigai Estates (“Company”). By accessing, registering, or transacting on the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App.

2. Eligibility:

To use Easy Grow, users must:
• Be an Indian citizen
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Complete required KYC verification
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3. Property Purchase & Ownership:

  • Users may purchase land in square feet or full plot size through the App.
  • All properties listed are CMDA, DTCP, or RERA approved as specified.
  • Ownership is recorded digitally and reflected in the user’s dashboard after payment confirmation.
  • Physical plot registration can be done after completing the required tenure and terms.
  • The Company holds full rights to manage and maintain the property until registration or transfer.

4. Purchase Terms:

  • The purchase period includes a 5-year lock-in term.
  • Returns are based on company policies, market conditions, and property appreciation.
  • The Company may offer additional benefits based on performance, solely at its discretion.
  • No yearly accumulation or compounding is applicable unless stated otherwise within the App.

5. Cancellation:

Users may request cancellation during the lock-in period. A cancellation fee of up to 25% of the invested amount may apply, depending on project guidelines and administrative charges.

6. Resale and Transfers:

  • Users may transfer their land share to another verified Easy Grow user.
  • Prices for resale are mutually decided between the buyer and seller.
  • The Company provides a safe digital platform but does not fix, regulate, or mediate pricing.

7. Referral Program:

Referral bonuses are rewarded when a new user registers using your code and completes a valid purchase. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral rewards at any time.

8. Compliance:

Users must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including taxation, property regulations, and identity verification rules. The Company may suspend accounts for suspicious or illegal activity.

9. Limitation of Liability:

The Company is not liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations, user decisions, or unauthorized account access caused by user negligence. Easy Grow provides a digital platform and does not guarantee fixed returns unless specifically documented within a project’s terms.

10. Modifications to Terms:

Thanigai Estates may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
